I bought one of your X4S R7800 on the 7th of this month. I noticed the QoS tools don't work. I thought that was a bit sketchy since this router model will be 3 years old in January. So in essence I bought an older router with excellent hardware thinking all the bugs would be worked out when in reality they've never been fixed or will never be fixed. For some reason these devs keep sending me beta firmware (On case# 40782836) and the issues are still not resolved. At this point I feel like I will run out of web/phone support before the issues in my case are resolved. That's not acceptable for a brand new "top of the line" router that sells for close to $200. Now, looking at the DumaOS for the XR500 - it's an impressive piece of software and I have had the pleasure of working with it for a recent client of mine. Knowing the specs for the XR500 and the X4S R7800 are almost identical AND the QoS for DumaOS actually WORK, why not just write DumaOS for the X4S R7800 and have a 100% fully working product instead of an 80% working product with its existing firmware (and beta)? We already know third party devs take the DumaOS apart for the XR500 and are able to make it work for the X4S R7800 - why not just make an official release already? The fact that you're still selling products like the one I purchased that are not fully functional due to sloppy and broken firmware for a premium price point is ridiculous. Make it right.
