Enable Smart Connect on All Bands

Flagship router doesn't support Smart Connect on all bands

On the WiFi network it only works with 2.5 and 5Ghz. It should include 6Ghz as well.

On the Guest WiFi Network it doesn't support Smart Connect at all.
