It is pretty darned close to the exact same hardware but because of fcc requirements the broadcast rules are different with 6ghz.
Its why the RAXE500 was so quick out the gate because its basically a RAX200 that they used the 3rd band for 6ghz.
The setup for the 6ghz is just slightly different which is why it isn't just a simple firmware change.
