I would like more versatile options on the block site page for the Netgear R7000 (Nighthawk) and it's lower end cousins that use the same firmware.
In order of importance:
1) Add the ability to enter multiple domains to be blocked via a delimited list and have said ability/delimiter documented on the page (e.g. a label or some such with a message such as "To enter multiple sites on a single line, separate each keyword or domain with the pipe character, such as blockedsite1.com|blockedsite2.com" ).
For my uses, I have a large number of sites (80-100) to block between malware / ad keywords / and windows telemetry data. It would be very helpful if I could pre-format them into a single-line delimited list (e.g. such as by using regex against a text file to get a single-line pipe-delimited list) and then paste them into the edit box.
Currently when I do this, the "list" is interrepted literally (I have tried most every special character on the keyboard including spaces, tabs, commas, colons, sem-colons and pipes). None of these work. The only alternative I have found that works is to manually enter them one by one which is very annoying. I understand that this is likely to allow these characters in keywords. However, seems like it wouldn't be complicating things too much to add either a) a separate input was needed for "delimited list of domains" or b) radio buttons for "list of domains" vs "keyword".
2) Add the ability to export/import blocked keywords/domains to/from a text file. This would be very helpful for keeping backups and for sharing settings with friends/family/community.
3) Add ability to maintain separate lists for "ALWAYS BLOCK" vs "BLOCK ON A SCHEDULE" so that for instance you can ALWAYS block a bad site (e.g. blocking malware / ads / telemetry data / sites the kids should never be visiting / etc ) but still be able to block certain sites on a schedule such as those we spend too much time on during certain hours of the day (e.g. no facebook between 10pm - 5am, etc).
