Steps taken: 1. log into routerlogin.net (IP: 192.168.1.1) and go to parental controls. 2. Download the Circle app on Samsung S8+ and iPhone 11 and ensure the phone is connected to the WiFi network...
same with me, talked to their customer service for 30 minutes, complete dead end.
