Currently, netgear uses multiple daemons to provide IPv4 and IPv6 functionality. I'd suggest to move to dnsmasq completely for the following reasons
1) it is actively developed and gets fixes on regular basis.
2) it will simplify the firmware as it can replace daemons such as dhcp6s and radvd, among others.
3) it offers more options/is more functional and more stable
