Netgear actually READ their own boards for ideas!

How about actually reading the ideas and making them happen. After all, it’s about making the customer happy within the framework of your nomenclature. There are 245 ideas as if this posting and only 1 was implemented and 10 were reviewed. 10! Reviewed! Not implemented or in beta etc. 

communicate with your community! Let us know if an idea is actually being talked about and if being put in, it’s status? Is it: in spec, in beta, released in firmware xx.xxx?

it is frustrating to spend 400 bucks on hardware thinking life will be easier only to find out we’re paying 200% inflated bills to comcast because we can’t keep a monopoly honest and they have all the control.
