Other mesh networks such as Eero and soon Luma support hard wiring your sattelites. I think its extremely important Netgear Orbi does the same. Especially for those of us who can.
+1 for a wired connection between Satelite and Router. I'm planning of replacing my current wifi network in my house. I already have a cat5e connection between first and 2nd floor. Wireless and heavy ferroconcrete are not a good combination...
if wired backhaul will be supported I will choose the Orbi system
