Other mesh networks such as Eero and soon Luma support hard wiring your sattelites. I think its extremely important Netgear Orbi does the same. Especially for those of us who can.
I been waiting for my Orbi to get better just haven’t seen much movement from netgear. I am already looking at prices for the linksys velop. Just sharing I know my decision makes no difference to netgear since they got a huge amount of money from me already. Not saying I will avoid netgear in the future but I am not impressed with the speed at which the orbi is improved or patched especially at the price I paid. I lose connection through out the day on my nest cameras and on many other devices and somehow items on my direct router WiFi never have that issue. Riddle me that.
