Recently I asked the forums if there it's any way that I could set up my external Western Digital connected via USB to my NETGEAR X10 router to hybernate or sleep, while PLEX or other proceses from him are not used.
My HDD is a little bit noisy and I can hear it all day and all night spinning in my room.
So the answer is NO, there is no way to set this, to a schedule or, simply activate the HDD only when Plex client App is turned on.
I hope this will be implemented in the near future.
