New Netgear Genie ETA date

I agree on a rework of the GUI. But I don't think it is as bad as everyone states. It would be good to see a list of items that people think need reworked.

For me the thing I miss most from DD-WRT (and I know I can load a version of DD-WRT or Tomato), is the realtime traffic reporting. Unless I'm missing something it seems like I can just veiw previous day traffic (both in Genie and the Web interface).

Meh. Linux is low on the list given how few people run Linux. They need to revamp the program first. That's the main issue. Then they can make a linux version.

Are they even planning to release a new genie program? Netgear doesn't seem to care at all about their software and the end-user experience.
