New to the idea. Do they provide anything for people who are in rural areas who cannot get any ISPs

We just moved to the country and cannot get internet from anyone! Literally! We have verizon but the hotspot is stupid expensive with data caps. Looking for options for home internet without an ISP. So thinking we have to go mobile broadband with a hotspot. Ideas?
