Notifications and blocking sites when routes switches to 4G

Hi, 

Just bought and installed the R7100 LG Nighthawk AC1900 WIFI LTE Modem Router.  I bougth this router because I need a back-up system for my network in case my WAN/wired network fails.  

As I will automatically switch over (choose for this option) I don't know when I am using 4G.  4G is much more expensive and that's why I am looking for following features:

1/ to get informed when I am using 4G via mail and or SMS.  Sending SMS or mails is already possible, but not for the event the modem has switched over.

2/ that I can block some sites like NETFLIX,, YOUTUBE, etc... Blocking sites is possible, but not correlated to the fact 4G is used or wired.

So maybe these ideas are not that complex/expensive to foresee in an update.

Thanks for taking this into consideration.  I could save a lot of money.
