NETGEAR is aware of a growing number of phone and online scams. To learn how to stay safe click here.
It was recommended to me on one of the 'help' forums that I post this here as a suggestion.
I would classify this more as a fix than a suggestion or idea.
I have two properties and each one of them has an RBR20 network.
Both of these networks are accessible from my orbi app (android in my case).
But guess what, I have no way to know which one I am accessing because they are both called RBR20!
I've used the app to rename the 2 networks geographically but these custom name do not show up in the YOUR PRODUCTS page.
I suggest that you fix this.
Thank you.

Good idea, but that screen shows enough information to tell you which you are connected to. You just need to remember the serial number.
There may be other ways to change the names of the RBR20s, I am more familiar with the Netgear way of doing things.

How has this not been fixed yet?! I manage 4 Orbi systems for my family and friends. I have two more friends who want me to do the same. I can't keep them straight because it just lists the model numbers. Can we PLEASE get the app updated to show the custom router name instead of the router model name?
