I have the same issue. I have used NG for the last 10 years and have always had a need to have seperate SSIDs for my home setup. Now I have an issue with this new $600 mesh Tri-band RBR750 setup that is forcing my macbook pro to connect to 2.4ghz instead of 5ghz. I want to have seperate SSIDs. Why does NG think for us? It's a basic feature of most routes. And the inability to shut off broadcast of the SSID is rediculous. I'm going to have to return this setup and other than this, it works very well. Come on NG, listen to your customers please??
