I agree this should be a feature immedately, especially in light of all the problems updates have caused recently. My system is working fine at the moment and I'd rather it be left alone. Prevrious updates have worked for me in the end but I've woke up with the need to power cycle everything manually after an update. I'd rather handle them myself on my own time. It would also be great to have a feature where we are emailed when new firmware is available.
