Orbi voice Drop-in & Volume control

I have two satellites of Orbi voice and wanted to add more as well. But after the second satellite purchase, I thought of using the drop in feature and it didn't work. Please include the drop in feature. It's badly needed. Also am not able to control the volume settings through voice. In normal Alexa, we are able to increase or decrease the volume through voice inputs. Please add that feature as well.
