Hi, I did research before buying my Orbi system and I even confirmed on the Box it says "One (1) 2.0 USB Port". Well I got news for Netgear "2.0 USB" supports networked attached drives amonst other things... SOOOOOOOOOOOO I think you need to enable the USB port to work with Drives or potentially be sued for false publicity. YOU DO NOT HAVE A 2.0 USB PORT ON THE ORBI... NOT A FUNCTIONAL ONE... AND THAT IS FALSE PUBLICITY. The stupidest things is I upgraded from my 3 or 4 year old netgear R7000 which had 2.0 and 3.0 USB ports. a few years later and you have nothing left.

It is a rbr50 with 2 rbs50. I was connecting to the rbr50's fake USB 2.0

Same here. Love the router except for this particular issue.
