Will work in AP and extender modes.
Not sure how that differs from a "satellite". Seems to do the same thing from my experience.
The Orbi app certainly sees it as one of its "Connected Satellites". Like other devices, it has the "RBS" tag.
I don't know if you call satellite or extender. I have the Orbi RBR750 Dual band and want an outdoor unit. Will the triband unit work with this or do I need to get something else. I am just trying to be careful what I order on line as they are not carried where I live in a small town.
