Please allow for the ability to separate the SSIDs for the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz frequencies on the Nighthawk MR60. There are some smart home devices that only work on the 2.4Ghz band.
Fully agree with michaelkenward - a laptop nor a Wii with only 2.4 GHz interfaces dont even know there are other wireless bands on air. The tiny Asus Windows 10 tablet Im writing from here can not care about the 5 GHz, 60 GHz, and the 6 GHz on air here all using the very same SSID. And my sons had for fun brought up the Wii her some days ago, too.
Ref. 2.4 GHz: Depending on the region the client device was intended to use, eg. US-FCC, it will not see channels 12 and 13 as allowed in many other regulatory areas.
