Is anybody in high places listen to us and change their model!!!
This brand is loosing customers because they put customers into the ditch by not ansewering teir issues, and even if this means that because of the customer falt the PSU or antena is faulty. They prefer that D-link or others are enjoying the lack of customer relations from this Brand!!!!
For god sake I turn into Netgear 8 years ago but sometimes I fell a complete fool and ask myself that I am an idiot to waste my time with people with listening of hearing problems!!!!!!!
I I act like that in my work I would be fired the next hour!!!
Respect the person witch feeds you and duck!!!!! Otherwise they will flee to other warmer places!!

I believe that Netgear has blinders on when it comes what the want sure they can make a router with all every feature under the sun and believe that have done their job but somehow the poor customer is the one who loses when a new antenna or power supply is needed due the fact they think nothing will happen for a need of spear replacement part. This a very short sighted view and a bad bussines model support for the product keeps people coming back. I they do not want handle the replacement part needed they have a link to the people who make the part for them so they could sale them.
William10a why it is possible with dell, HP and so on and this could not be possible with this brand!!!
They could please paying customers by fulfilling their wiles!!!

For just the same reason if your router has replaceable antennas they do not sale either wish i think is dum idea, power supplies and antennas would make extra from the sale of their router.
I guess the business model they use does not inclined a way to make extra money other then charging for tech support.
If it is available from dell why can't Netgear do what dell is doing?
It should be easy!!!

Yours friends could try a plastic cover that you fine at most office supply stores it has spit on one side so you place the cables or wires in side of the cover made to hide wires in an office buts works to protect them as well. But your right there should place to order the correct power supply if you need it. Have do really payed attention to the size of the connectors that Netgear is using or the ratings of the pwersupply that Netgear either I still say if the power supply design allowed it to live in the router a simple lamp cord style power cable would be the best answer one cord for any router they make. The only increase in cost per router would be the needed shielding around the power supply to keep its rf noise away from the other electronics.
Friends of mine having puppies and kittens spend their entire day searching to render houses and especialy electric equipment. They love to chew wires so in that case why purchasing another complete package when a replacement PSU could be purchased!!!!!
I know that I am pissing guys upstairs by there is a way to make money and to ease up the users'life so guys from upstairs should shake the coconut tree and and deliver what we are looking for!!

In that case, Netgear should offer advise on the type of transformer that people should buy when they need a replacement. They could even suggests brands that would work.

I guess that it cost too much to do? After all the person who buys the product is the one who is making the choice to buy the device and the features they want and willing to pay for so if you will not deliver what they want they may go else where.
I wished you can provide some answer to decline that suggestion!!
It would make extra cash for the brand!!
At Dell store if I want even for really stupid reason to purchase 1000 PSU they will do it and bill me!!
