I had an issue corrected recently by support that could have easily could have been corrected by myself if there was a Task Manager on the Web interface that allow the killing of certain not destructive processes.
I deleted a huge block of data via the LUN and the device was unable to reclaim the data becasue the deleting of the LUN although completed was still hung up in the system and stopped the reclaiming space process.
This could be a huge issue if you dont have support becasue accessing the device and its settings is not easy. Once the support rep killed the already completed process, the space cleared right up. This had the potential to go on for days if i didnt have support and that not fair.
