R6220 not allow duplication the SSID (2.4GHz and 5GHz) for a smart connect

I would like to ask why in R6220 not allow duplication of the SSID (2.4GHz and 5GHz) for a smart connect? In openWRT firmware, this feature working properly but on the original firmware not?I
