Radical support improvement!

Netgear needs urgently to have a radical support improvement unless customers will flee by hundreds!!

Things are too slow to have a FW update and have a good and rock solid one!

Procedure are endless.

And people involved here having a lot of flying hours are not rewarded I mean heard the right way!!

I am really tired to fight for nearly peanuts!
