Re-add radio transmit power control to ALL Netgear Nighthawk 802.11be Wi-Fi 7 routers!
This is honestly terrible. I have been a Netgear customer for many years and have always had radio transmit power options available in router firmware settings. There are individuals in my household with EMF sensitivity. For health purposes, I need to be able to adjust the radio transmit power to a lower level so they are not affected and so I can enjoy 802.11be Wi-Fi 7 at the same time.
Since my Nighthawk AX6 AX4300 Wi-Fi 6 Router (RAX45) included radio transmit power in firmware, I bought a Nighthawk BE9200 Wi-Fi 7 Router (RS280S) as an upgrade expecting it to have the same options. Yet without this feature, I cannot really consider it an upgrade since there are less user adjustable parameters than before.
Radio transmit power settings should be a basic feature included by default in all Nighthawk router firmware, not just the Orbi series. I should not even need to request this feature in Idea Exchange for Home. Nevertheless, I will request it anyway.
Until Netgear re-adds radio transmit power settings to its latest Nighthawk series, I will be switching to a comparable brand that offers 802.11be Wi-Fi 7 routers with adjustable radio transmit power.

Is seen on Orbi AC, AX and AXE models.
This has already been asked and got feedback due to the new WiFi specs and design, maybe limiting of having power adjustments for BE systems with WiFi 7. So I would agree with you, would be nice to have this adjustment in BE systems, may not get it.
