This is still needed. I have no idea which device is using up all of my data cap, every user in my house says "not me!" If I enable Dynamic QoS, I can then get a picture of who's using the bandwidth right now, but QoS slows down all my traffic and causes interruptions for some devices (e.g. my Nintendo Switch) when playing online games (e.g. Warframe), even when set to the highest priority (I've also tried leaving it on "Normal" priority). I still can't see who's using up my bandwidth when I'm not watching...
