Please return support for separate SSID's for the bands. I have some IOT devices that do not support 5GZ and will not connect to the orbi. I have to maintain a seperate AP for them
Ask the people who produced the IoT device how you are supposed to set it up.
Netgear is not the only company making "5GHz-only" wifi sources. It is up to the app writer to explain how you should get it to work.
