sntp router broadcast to LAN

Our engineers are asking for more details regarding the setup and would like to see if it's feasible to add it on home routers.

for example on my procurve switch they ask for the time config

SNTP Configuration Enable SNTP     
SNTP/NTP Server       ( X.X.X.X )
Server Port       ( 1 - 65535 | Default : 123 )
Time Format     
Last Update     
Attempts     
Last Update Status     
Failures     

for more details just shoot!

Per engineering, there's no plan of adding this feature at this time.

That feature would be interresting for security measures for IoT.
