Would love to be able to split the SSID names for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks. We have many smart devices around the house that either struggle to connect, or constantly disconnect from the network.
This is killing me that I just can't have separate networks, or an option to help with this. Especially since it seems that the MR80 does have something to help with IoT that only have 2.4ghz chips. Please Netgear, realize that there is a need for this !
I know I can connect those IoT devices on the guest network, that only operates on the 2.4ghz band, but then you realize that the guest network is isolated from the main one, which is great for occasionnal guest in my house, but makes this solution for IoT unuseful !
