Two or more signed in as admin at once

We have an ORBI 25 router with 1 satellite and we want to each be able to control the status (pause/unpause certain items) of our internet from our phones. Right now I am the main admin but my phone isn’t always left behind for my husband to be able to control the settings so we would like to be able to do that from his phone.
