It would be interresting to have a feature able to use the previous config from a R7000 (for example) and to be able use the config when you install it on a R9000 - X10. It woul be a huge time saver...
William10athe thing I want to say is for example you have a R7000 you purchase an R8500.
Today you unplug the old one and replace by the new one and reconfigure the new one!
Tomorrow it would save us tons of painful time in reconfiguring the entire stuf just by :
saving the old config
unplug the old device
replug the now one
restore the old config into the new device.
in less than 6 minutes!
I have more than 30 devices + 30 for friends and familly!
