Wifi 5 Mesh systems should actually work with wifi 6e mesh systems, so we don't have more E-waste.

I disagree completely. Both have 6Ghz backhaul and there is no reason they could not have developed that. Built in obsolescence is the corporate motto these days, that and Subscriptions. As far as no loss on Company's part, that is a ridiculous statement. It was a clear choice.
