Satellite(s) can be in recieve (listen) only mode only and router can send a "wake" signal on the (pre)set time, same as it can send a "sleep" signal at the other preset time. No continous wireless backhaul required. It can reestablish the wireless backhaul afther the radios are activated (permit transmitting again) based on the "wake" signal.
