WPA2/WPA3 combined setting and allow separate SSIDs for each band

I have a WAX204 and in the WIFI settings there is an option for WPA/WPA2 and another option for WPA3.  I would like Netgear to create an option for WPA2/WPA3 which would allow newer devices to use WPA3 encryption while older devices use WPA2.

The WAX 204 allows 3 wireless networks.  However with some limitations.

1) it would be great if Netgear could allow each wireless network to have separate SSIDs for the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands 

2) in the current implementation the 3 networks share the same IP address range, it would be great if Netgear allowed a separate IP address range on each of the 3 networks
