As a designer myself, I always treat users as "stupid" users or dummies in order to explain all the options available and the consequences! Taking by the hand the user, I had to do it when a decade ago I introduced my mother to PC world and the way to browse on the Internet!
Mixing a flowchart and youtube or whatsoever videos are the key to reduce impact on support! I reassures users too in order not to screw everything!.Is there any link to see the progress to have my inputs?
