Yes, the AC810-100EUS supports 4G LTE Cat 11 and 256QAM.

You don't need to do any operations with router firmware.

thanks ,  how check if my support 256qam? i live in sanremo and tim  perhaps have 256qam , but nothing go = s7 edge have cat 9 😞

You can't do it without special software - QUALCOMM eXtensible Diagnostic Monitor. It costs more than a thousand dollars. 

Or you can check it from Base Station side, if you working on mobile network operator.

Yes, it is. Only after verifying it was possible to make sure that everything works. I think Netgear (Sierra Wireless) makes the best LTE routers for now, because of using Qualcomm chipsets. Pretty good quality deviсes.

Only one problem - no 2G(GSM/EDGE).
