Yes, the AC810-100EUS supports 4G LTE Cat 11 and 256QAM.
You don't need to do any operations with router firmware.

thanks , how check if my support 256qam? i live in sanremo and tim perhaps have 256qam , but nothing go = s7 edge have cat 9 😞

You can't do it without special software - QUALCOMM eXtensible Diagnostic Monitor. It costs more than a thousand dollars.
Or you can check it from Base Station side, if you working on mobile network operator.

Only one problem - no 2G(GSM/EDGE).
