Arlo Go says can't connect to the cloud with AT&T

I have an AT&T Arlo Go that says its doing a firmware upgrade with a Blue and Amber flashing light. Then it starts flashing fast orange and doesn't connect

Try removing the camera from your account and then reset the camera:
