H8 camera doesn't see latest firmware update?

So I just received my replacement camera for the night vision issue. It seems to have fixed the nightvision issue. But I have a different question in this thread.

All my other H8 cameras have firmware: 1.090.0.0_9945, and basestation is 1.8.2.4_10232. All these cameras, when I first added them, Arlo app automatically prompted for firmware update and everything went well.

But this one H8 camera is on an older firmware 1.085.0.0_8669. I went into device info and tap on firmware version, it says "no update available". Also no prompt when adding this camera.

Is this one single camera stuck on an older firmware? Is there anyway I can force a firmware check/update?

Thanks.

Realistically, the hardware version doesn't specify the camera in use but I'll assume it's a Pro.

You cameras should be on 1.090.0.1_11011.  You can try power cycling the base as well as reinstering the batteries in the cameras or wait overnight for the update to occur automatically.

Worst case, remove and resync the camera - that should force the update.
