How do I disarm my Arlo Q when I am home?

I just set up my 2 Arlo Q cameras inside my house & I'm puzzled as to how to turn them off when I am home. I am using them with an iPhone

The Q cameras are basically always recording... but not to the library unless ARMED

 

Easy way is in SETTINGS...just toggle the camera to OFF and it will not be accessible
