Arlo camera offline

Hi,

I have a problem with one of my cameras.


Intermittently one of the cameras goes 'offline'. I have changed the position of the camera and even sat it next to the base station and this still happens.

I have even swapped the cameras around and this problem stays with the same camera.

I have reset the base station various times, removed and reinserted the batteries in the problematic camera and downloaded the latest firmware possible.

All of the above still doesn't work.

After spending £300 on this product I am really disappointed.

Can someone help me before I start to complain and involve the various ombudsmens?

It sound like you have tried all of the obvious things.

Contact support on the link below. For now that would make the most sense before getting hold of anyone outside Netgear.
