I change the batteries and one of my cameras because they were low. Now the camera is showing up Mono chrome image. Does anyone know what's causing this?

The camera auto goes into B/W if light levels are low...

Pull batteries and replace...this will reset the camera and may fix it.

pink everywhere, moving doesn't change it

Is this a common problem?

I'd like to buy more cameras but what's the monthly charge?

Pink is a hardware problem - contact support and open a case.

No monthly charge for up to 5 cameras. If more than 5 and you have 2 bases you can create a second account with a second email address. Then share one account's cameras to the other account using Settings, Grant Access.
