Both my camers stopped downloading to cloud at the same time. I have reset, removed deviced  several times with the same results. Any suggestions will be helpful.

From what you've tried, sounds like a full reboot of the system is needed and the start over as if new.

 

( hold the reset for 10 sec or so till the front LEDs flash on the base )
