VMC3330-how can I reboot base station from another location? I am not getting the camera pictures

My camera's are at another location.  When I try to log in to camera it takes awhile then says camera not available or it has timed out.  Can I reboot from my location?

If the interface isn't working, your choices are to visit the site yourself or let someone else have access to do it for you.

 

Have you tried both the app and a browser to gain access? That sometimes helps.  Additionally, especially for remote locations, a UPS and maybe a WiFi switch such as a WeMo can help.  The UPS prevents power from glitching or being lost for most cases and a switch can cut power to the base so you can remotely power cycle the base.
