Cannot access router configuration page after configuring WAX206 as AP with static IP
I have tried many things, but I couldn't manage to get back access, so here I am. I have configured my Essentials WiFi 6 (WAX206) as an Access Point and with a static IP address setting. I cannot re...
I asked a friend, and he finally solved the problem, as follows:
1) Connect PC and WAX206 (LAN port) via Ethernet.
2) Manually set the IP address of the PC to 192.168.0.X (anything that's not 100, e.g., 15), and subnet mask to 255.255.255.0. Leave the gateway IP empty.
3) Visit https://192.168.0.100 from the browser and voila, access regained!
(I also just tried the "bridge networks" function of Windows again, but I couldn't make it work, so I'm switching back to ICS.)

Tried this - didnt work. Keep getting deflected away from the router control page. Why is this so incredibly difficult?!
