I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

 

The WAC720 is an access point. Things like blocking devices and access control is usually in the hands of the router. Some APs can also work as routers. I'm not familiar with your box. That's why it helps to use the section where they have followers who are better versed in how it works.
