RS500 has network dropout for both wired and wireless devices

I have a Netgear RS500 Wifi7 router I purchased a few months ago. It is connected through a TP-Link 5 port 2.5G ethernet switch (TL-SG105S-M2). So I have wired connections and wifi connections. I am having network dropouts for seconds when connected on both wired and wireless connections. For example, on a wired connection with Microsoft Teams, I will get network issues. On a wireless iPhone 16, using Wifi Sweetspots app, I see sporadic drops from 700 mbps down to under 100, and then back up, and then later the same. Is there a configuration issue? I have used the settings out of the box.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

Is Protection Engine enabled on the RS routers web page? Under Advanced Tab/Administration/Security. If so, disable this feature, apply the change and reboot the router.

One Cat8 3 ft cable to TP-Link, then come Cat6, Cat8 cables for the 4 wired devices

Protection Engine under Advanced-Security is ON

             Unchecked Protection Engine and applied.
Powercycled the Router, waited 1 minute

General question of debugging these issues.  What applications are there to assist in capturing network connectivity over time for post review?  On my iPhone, I found Wifi Sweetspots, but for some reason I cannot save the file.  Any others (Windows or iOS) that would assist here?   Thanks!
