Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

The model is C6300v2 but where do I find the answer to the last 3 questions?
You can ignore them. Now that we know you have a C6300v2 cable modem/router we know that the firmware is beyond your control.
For the last question, "Is Smart Connect enabled?" here too your modem router does not support it.
That's why we asked for more details.
So it is back to you to provide more information.
Again it helps to look at the manual:
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for a sections in the manual Specify Basic WiFi Settings and Troubleshooting.

What more information is needed? My 2.4 GHZ is not showing up in open networks so that I can reconnect my Samsung TV. It was connected before and it just disappeared. When I log into my netgear modem I can see it's enabled and the green light is on the modem and online. I pulled the manual and nothing is in there to troubleshoot this issue was hoping someone had this problem before and fixed it.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

What more information is needed?More information on what is happening at your end.
Networks are complicated beasts with all sorts of things going on. The simple message "2.4GHZ Band not broadcasting" could be down to many things.
You have to play Sherlock Holmes and do some detective work.
You have now added extra information that might help to pin down the problem.
Is it just the TV that can't see the wifi? Or has everything else also lost access?
Have you taken the TV through its network connection process?
The most obvious things to try – I assumed that you'd already done that – is the usual computer trick "turn it off and on".
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
- Leave the TV to last.
- Sweetjanaya1May 05, 2023AspirantThe 2.4 GHZ can't be seen on any devices in my home like before including the cell phone and I am certain it's the modem. I am going to try the tips that were provided to me and I hope it works because my tv is not 5g compatible
