AC1900 C7000v2 red power light

We had a thunderstorm today, which made the wifi go out but our power didn’t go out. The power light on the router is red and is the only light on, and it’s been like that for hours now. I’ve tried resetting it by holding the button for 30 seconds, unplugging and plugging back in, move places, everything and it still has the red light.
