AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router Model C7000v2 keeps disconnecting

I just purchasd the cable modem router. The problem I am having is that it keeps disconnecting? Is there a fix for this? Please advise

2.4ghz? 

5ghz?

all devices, only some device? 

Wired works fine?

have you tried changing wifi channels?

 I am using the 2.4ghz signal. This happens with all the devices. I have not tried changing the wifi channels.
