All day without internet service
All day without internet service. 2 out of 4 agents hung up on me. One told me I have to renew Gearheads of I want help on a known issue for this less than a year old modem. I can't stand this level of extremely poor help.

I'm exhausted spending hrs on hold and troubleshooting. I've powered everything off and on and pressed in that hole with a pin for so long that my muscles cramp up. Now I have an email that says if I don't contact Netgear within 24 hrs my case will close. Well, what if they answer the phone or turn on the call back option? 11 hrs ago the agent promised to call me back 5-1/2 hours ago. I've been on hold >30 minutes more than once. It's the cax30 a permanent brick now? $300 for less than a year? Why should I renew Gearheads again? For this? Spectrum spent an hour troubleshooting again today. They can see the modem but there are no networks displaying. Firmware error? No solution? Ignore consumers until they give up? Nice.
